About Kerridge Commercial Systems
Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively.
Kerridge Commercial Systems provides specialist ERP, Business and Retail Management Software, Services and Support to Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers and the Hiring industry. Our software is fully integrated and includes modules that supports improved stock control, warehouse management, sales order processing, accounting, delivery management and much more.
We employ over 1300 people throughout offices in the UK, Northern Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, North America, Australia, South Africa and Kenya. We currently support over 30 000 customers and global distributors at more than 80 000 locations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia.
We are a global business with a unique depth of knowledge and experience as we have been in the industry for over 40 years. We invest heavily in R&D to remain innovative, providing our clients with the right solutions for the competitive environment of today. This means our clients remain with us for the long haul and range from small traders to multinational enterprises.

Career development and growth
We grow talent at all stages of the career journey. KCS University Foundations equips early talent with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their new role. We have dedicated leadership development opportunities (KCS University Spark and Ignite) courses that enable our leaders to grow their teams. KCS University works in partnership with subject matter experts to design and deliver product training to train on our own software solutions. In addition, we have a broad training catalogue enabling colleagues to upskill, whilst we build out bespoke learning pathways for each role in the business.

I joined Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) with a focus on Early Careers, with my previous experience working primarily within recruitment where I’d help the businesses I worked for hire people for a wide variety of job roles.
My career initially started with an apprenticeship, working for a local small business which gave me the confidence and skills to succeed in both that and subsequent roles. I’m passionate about apprenticeship schemes and the value they can offer to people starting their career due to my own journey.
I’m enthusiastic about working with young people and adding value to their recruitment journey at KCS.
