Customer Sales Assistant – Travis Perkins (BA22 8XG)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30pm - No Weekend or Bank Holiday Working!


What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Sales Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our branch. Your main focus will be delivering brilliant customer service and building strong relationships with the people who rely on us every day. Many of our customers visit regularly, so you’ll soon get to know them by name.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Helping customers with enquiries and offering product advice
  • Preparing quotes and supporting customers with their purchases
  • Ensuring products move safely and efficiently through the branch
  • Keeping the branch safe by following all health and safety procedures
  • Occasionally supporting with deliveries using our Mercedes Sprinter van (a full, clean driving licence is required)
  • This is a hands‑on role where great service and a positive attitude make all the difference.


Who you are

As a Customer Sales Assistant you need to enjoy the interaction with our customers and we’ll teach you everything you need to know about Travis Perkins products. What matters most is your attitude and approach.

  • Friendly, helpful, and confident speaking with customers
  • Adaptable and able to stay upbeat in a busy, fast‑paced environment
