Hours:
- Basic 45 hours Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00am – 12.00noon with paid overtime
- Stocktake weekend
Your Role:
As Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate yard, warehouse, and driver teams
- Support branch management with transport and logistics
- Supervise the Yard and Warehouse Operative team, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Ensure correct storage and rotation of products
- Monitor stock levels and organise regular stocktake

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service and communication skills
- Delegation skills and supervisory experience
- Literacy / Numeracy skills
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Good organisation skills
- Basic product knowledge
- Counterbalance forklift experience preferred but training is provided
