Hours:

  • Basic 45 hours Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
  • Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00am – 12.00noon with paid overtime
  • Stocktake weekend

Your Role:

As Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate yard, warehouse, and driver teams
  • Support branch management with transport and logistics
  • Supervise the Yard and Warehouse Operative team, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
  • Ensure correct storage and rotation of products
  • Monitor stock levels and organise regular stocktake

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer Service and communication skills
  • Delegation skills and supervisory experience
  • Literacy / Numeracy skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Good organisation skills
  • Basic product knowledge
  • Counterbalance forklift experience preferred but training is provided
