Duties & Responsibilities

  • Posting / removing jobs using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Liaising with applicants and branch directors over the phone and via email.
  • Providing support to branches to ensure roles get maximum exposure, helping with putting adverts together for social media and screening applicants.
  • Proactively contacting applicants for roles via LinkedIn.
  • Training branches on using the ATS and answering any queries.
  • Revamping job descriptions/ job adverts.
  • Providing interview support to branches as required.
  • Adding / removing users to the ATS.
  • Proactively looking for new places to attract applicants at all levels and locations in the business.
  • Depending on the successful applicant, this role could also be a structured apprenticeship which will require some academic study.

KPI’S

  • All job adverts must be live the same day they are approved.
  • Rejection emails should be sent to all applicants within 24 hours of being notified.
  • Ensuring applicants receive the best experience when applying to work at MKM.

This role will have the option to be hybrid after successful completion of the probationary period – this would be 3 days a week working from our offices in Hull.  

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Excellent interpersonal skills both over the phone and face to face to build lasting relationships within the business.
Attention to detail and a creative approach to writing short adverts for social media.
Computer literacy, including basic Excel.
Have the ability and confidence to deal with people at all levels professionally.
Ability to work at pace with accuracy in a busy department
