Job description
Travis Perkins offers an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Account Manager (Volume House Builders) . As the UK's largest building materials supplier, Travis Perkins has over 500 branches nationwide, providing a wide range of products from timber to plumbing.
In this role, you will manage relationships with National housebuilder customers, driving business growth by converting enquiries into orders. Your responsibilities include developing account management strategies, leading negotiations for National Framework Agreements, and ensuring timely customer payments.
Key qualifications for this position include being educated to GCSE level, having strong written and math skills, and proven experience in multi-brand sales. Essential skills involve being commercially aware, an excellent communicator, and a high-level negotiator. Knowledge of company systems, products, and the industry is beneficial.
This role offers flexibility, with a home/remote-based work setup across the UK, including face-to-face meetings with customers and business units. If you have sales experience in housebuilding or related industries, this role could be the next step in your career.
