We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our Group Commercial team and play a vital role in supporting commercial operations across pricing, category management, supply chain, quality assurance, and branch operations.

  • This role is fixed term contract for 12 months.
  • Full time working hours.


What You'll Be Doing


As a Commercial Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operation, ensuring key processes are delivered efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving requests from operational teams through our Branch Query App
  • Supporting Commercial, Pricing, Category, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams with a wide range of requests and projects
  • Coordinating the Cost Price Increase (CPI) process with suppliers to ensure accurate branch pricing
  • Managing the Commercial Services inbox and ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly
  • Supporting commercial projects and initiatives that drive business performance
  • Coordinating supplier compliance and quality assurance activities
  • Acting as a key link between branches, supply chain, and commercial teams
  • Maintaining accurate data, reporting, and product information across systems
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers


What We're Looking For


We're seeking someone who combines excellent organisational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Essential Skills & Experience


  • Experience in administration, coordination, project support, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications


Desirable


  • Experience within a commercial, retail, supply chain, pricing, or product environment
  • Knowledge of commercial processes and business performance metrics
  • Experience producing reports and analysing data
