We’re expanding our team at our Bideford Branch and are looking for a dependable Counter Sales Assistant to help us continue delivering excellent service to our trade and retail customers.

The Role

We are looking for a Counter Sales Assistant to join our team in our Bideford Branch RGB Bideford. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and sales in a trade counter environment.

Requirements

The Requirements

Good building product knowledge gained within the building industry or builders’ merchant experience (Preferred).
Good Customer Service.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with different types of customer.
Comfortable operating a computer based sales processing system (full training will be given).
Good telephone manner.
Friendly, articulate, customer focused.
The successful candidate must be proactive in their approach towards sales and a good communicator.

The Hours

Week:1 Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00
Week:2 Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00 Saturday 08:00 -12:00
