Kitchens & Bathrooms Sales Person

In this role you will be responsible for serving both Trade and Retail Customers in the showroom, on site, over the telephone and via email. You will expand and develop relationships with existing Customers and will identify and follow up on leads for new Customers and Business Opportunities.

Day to day, you will liaise with Customers and Suppliers in order to identify and recommend the very best products to meet requirements.

In order to provide an efficient Customer Experience, you will guide clients through the full Kitchen & Bathroom Design and Sales Process from initial enquiry to final delivery. To support this, you will also work closely with our Purchasing and Accounts Functions as well as our Warehousing and Logistics Teams.

You will produce designs and calculate material quantities, raise and convert quotations, produce purchase orders and assist with any after sales queries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at speed when responding to Customer Enquiries and processing Sales Quotations and Purchase Orders
• Ability to multi task in a dynamic showroom environment servicing a fast-paced operational business
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a natural sales ability
• Computer literate and experienced in the Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environments
• Experience of Border Merchant Systems ‘CounterAct’ or similar ERP system is preferable, but training will be given
• Experience of Cyncly Winner Flex or similar CAD system is preferable, but training will be given
