The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product group performance across a complex, fast‑paced environment. You’ll shape strategy, optimise pricing and margin, and improve the customer experience through strong collaboration and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver value through effective supplier negotiation
• Execute and develop Product Group strategy and plans
• Use customer and market insights to drive decisions
• Support pricing strategy and margin optimisation
• Enhance customer experience through promotions and in‑branch presentation
• Identify pricing trends and build plans to improve profitability

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in a high‑performance organisation
• Product Management experience (corporate and/or operating companies)
• Strong understanding of B2C product management and supply chains
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, financial and problem‑solving ability
• Effective cross‑functional team player
• Resilient, proactive and results‑driven
