We stock a comprehensive range of roofing materials for projects of all sizes, from garden shed roofs and home improvements to large commercial developments.

Our focus is simple – provide expert advice, quality products and outstanding service to every customer.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Swindon branch.

This role is focused on supporting customers, generating sales, raising quotations and helping grow both existing and new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers on the trade counter, by phone and email.
    • Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
    • Build relationships with existing customers and contact potential new customers.
    • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
    • Follow up quotations and sales enquiries.
    • Promote Roofbase products, services and special offers.
    • Work closely with suppliers and branch colleagues.
    • Resolve customer enquiries quickly and professionally.
    • Maintain excellent customer service at all times.

 

Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
