RGB Building Supplies is looking for a driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Wiveliscombe branch. If you’re passionate about customers, people, and commercial success, this is your opportunity to take ownership of a thriving business and drive it forward.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day success of the branch, leading your team, growing sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the autonomy to make a real difference to branch performance and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated leader who enjoys taking ownership and delivering results.
You could be:
✔ An experienced Branch Manager
✔ An Assistant Branch Manager ready for the next step
✔ A Supervisor with strong merchanting experience and leadership potential
You’ll Need:
✅ Experience within a builders’ merchant or similar trade environment
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Commercial awareness and a focus on results
✅ Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
✅ A proactive, hands-on approach
✅ A passion for developing people and growing a business
Working Hours
Week 1
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ 8:00am – 5:00pm
Week 2
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ 8:00am – 5:00pm
📅 Saturday
⏰ 8:00am – 12:00pm
