We're looking for a hardworking and reliable HGV Driver to join our busy branch in Pinner.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role involving outdoor work, building materials handling, and delivering excellent service to trade and retail customers.

What You'll Be Doing

As one of the faces of our Oxford Branch, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, efficiently and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering building materials safely and professionally to customer sites.
• Providing excellent customer service during every delivery.
• Carrying out daily pre-use and post-use vehicle checks.
• Ensuring compliance with road traffic legislation, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining accurate vehicle records.
• Supporting with the loading and unloading of vehicles where required.
• Representing Grant & Stone professionally while out on the road.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys working as part of a team. We're looking for:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• A HIAB licence (preferred, but not essential).
• Previous experience driving HGV vehicles and delivering goods.
• A strong commitment to safe and responsible driving.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, customer-focused approach.
• A reliable team player with excellent communication skills.

Working Hours

Week 1

• Monday to Friday: 7:15am – 5:15pm

Week 2

• Monday to Friday: 7:15am – 5:15pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
