Do you have bathroom design experience, strong plumbing product knowledge, and a passion for sales?

We're looking for a Bathroom Sales and Designer to join our successful Grant & Stone Plumbing & Heating showroom in High Wycombe. You'll help customers create their dream bathrooms, provide expert advice, and convert enquiries into sales.

What You'll Do

✅ Design stylish and practical bathrooms to suit customer needs and budgets

✅ Create bathroom plans using CAD software and supplier design tools

✅ Build relationships with both trade and retail customers

✅ Follow up quotations and generate new sales opportunities

✅ Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers

✅ Work closely with suppliers, installers and internal teams

✅ Conduct site or home visits when required

✅ Maintain a professional and inspiring showroom environment

✅ Keep up to date with the latest bathroom trends and products

What We're Looking For

✔ Bathroom showroom, plumbing sales or bathroom sales experience

✔ Strong knowledge of plumbing and bathroom products

✔ CAD design experience or similar design software

✔ Confident sales approach with experience generating and converting leads

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and customers

✔ Positive, organised and professional attitude

✔ Full UK Driving Licence
