Van Driver - Fairalls Builders Merchants, Godstone

Godstone High Street
Full-Time | Permanent

Join Fairalls Builders Merchants, part of the IBMG Group, the South of England's largest independent builders' merchant network.

We're looking for a reliable Van Driver to join our busy Godstone branch, delivering building materials to trade and retail customers across the local area.

What You'll Do

✅ Deliver goods safely and on time
✅ Load and unload customer orders
✅ Complete vehicle safety checks
✅ Provide excellent customer service
✅ Maintain delivery paperwork and records
✅ Support warehouse duties when required

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous van or delivery driving experience preferred
✔ Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Reliable, organised and able to work independently
✔ Warehouse experience advantageous
✔ Mechanical knowledge beneficial

Hours

Week 1

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm

Week 2

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm
