Pochin is an established plumbing and heating supplies distributor with branches and bathroom showrooms across the Midlands. It has been over 160 years since we opened our first branch in Leicester, and we’ve continued to expand our branch network since.

Why did you choose to do an apprenticeship at Pochin?
“I chose to do my apprenticeship at Pochin, as I was looking for a job that had everyday face to face interaction. I’ve always described myself as a ‘people person’ and something like an office job just didn’t feel right for me. No one day is the same at Pochin and I love that about this job.”

“I liked that the program was relaxed, I didn’t feel much pressure at all because I was really well supported by my mentor and my colleagues.”

“Along with the development of my IT skills, the apprenticeship has improved my communication, and I have gained an appreciation for some of the different aspects of the business that I have been exposed to.”
