I am very passionate about the Construction Industry and encouraging young people to be open to starting their career within it; this is one of the key reasons I became a BMF Ambassador. There are a lot of hidden careers that people don’t necessarily connect with construction and I want to help with the education and awareness needed around this. I am also particular keen to encourage women to join an industry which is actually quite inclusive.
