With 30 years working in the building industry, I am passionate about ensuring I play my part in attracting and educating others to work in it. I value the importance of giving back and playing my part, and volunteering in this way serves that mission. The building industry is such a vital one for this country and its people – without it we’d have no homes, no infrastructure – so we need new people to carry the baton.
