After decades of recruiting in the building materials sector, I chose to be an ambassador to educate the next generation, career movers and parents on the vast number of opportunities for genuine careers in the building materials sector. My job as Chair of the Ambassador group is to engage with clients and industry veterans to help spread the word about the value apprenticeships will bring to our sector.
