Yard Supervisor

As a Yard Supervisor, you will be expected to assist the Manager in delivering the budgeted sales and margin targets as a minimum and assist the Manager in controlling the stock at the agreed levels and ensuring that the core range is always available. You will ensure high standards of yard / warehouse security as well as all the relevant vehicle and FLT safety checks are carried out and correctly documented with defects reported immediately. Deliver great customer service and ensure that the branch standards are maintained.

Regional Sales Director

Van Driver

Drivers are often one of the few people from a branch or supplier that customers meet, so ensuring they provide a great service is key. Van Drivers carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers in their local area, ensuring the customers’ needs are met. Having product knowledge and an understanding of how the Yard operates is important in this role alongside being able to work unsupervised. It is also important that all drivers are committed to working and driving safely and have a good understanding of road transport and traffic legislation standards.

Branch Manager
