About Cu-Plas Supplies
Founded in a back street shed in Liverpool over 40 years ago, Cu-Plas has since evolved and expanded both our product portfolio and customer base.
We are now the number-one trusted supplier for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ventilation (MEPV) contractors in the North West, serving local tradespeople to national contractors.
With branches across the North West, we offer a daily delivery service throughout the region and a national delivery service by arrangement.
Every order that is placed is assigned to a member of our dedicated contracts division, who will oversee your order from start to finish. This ensures that if any problems arise, your one point of contact will always have an insight of your order and will deal with any problems that may occur.
We believe first-class service is key to our success, over the years we have continually increased our staffing levels to ensure that customer service standards are maintained as the business grows.
We will always make sure there is someone ready to take your call – even outside of normal office hours. And in an emergency, we are always happy to open the branch out of hours to help our clients. We believe service is everything, so if we can, we will.

Career development and growth
Employee development is an integral part of Cu-Plas strategy to improve performance, provide a more effective and efficient service, and offer a first class customer experience.
Tailored objectives have been introduced to identify training and development needs. Employees skills, knowledge and understanding are reviewed and discussed in employee appraisals and coaching, training or mentoring is provided to fill any knowledge gaps. Cu-Plas are currently working on a training pathway, which will assist new starters, supporting them through the initial stages of their career, providing them with the tools to excel in their chosen path.

Sustainability / environmental stewardship
We’ve always placed a laser focus on sustainability, recognising that it’s our duty as a supplier to do all we can to reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint – and to support our customers in doing the same.
Preventing waste: Our memberships to various buying groups mean we can procure in bulk to prevent and reduce waste, and we also have a careful disposal procedure to help us reuse, recycle, and recover wherever possible. We constantly work with our supply chain to enhance this approach, collaborating to help prevent unnecessary waste at source.
Responsible delivery: By packing orders up responsibly and efficiently, our careful approach to waste is passed down to the benefit of our customers too. Our one-stopshop capabilities and strong order management mean we make as few trips as possible, reducing our carbon footprint in the process.
Electric vehicles: How does speedy delivery on zero emissions sound…? We have a fleet of zero carbon, energy-efficient delivery vehicles, helping to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and minimise localised air pollution.
