Easylawn Turf Supplies is a landscaping supply superstore based in Bolton, and we have been servicing Greater Manchester and the Northwest for over 25 years now. We stock a wide range of paving supplies specialising in Indian sandstone and porcelain paving, and also a great selection of decorative stones and gravels as well as many other landscaping materials, from timber and decking to a variety of block paving and concrete products. Deliveries are carried out by our own fleet of HGV’s, equipped with HIAB cranes which can place products directly into gardens. We pride ourselves on being a family run business that provides top class customer service, and looks after it’s employees.

Company culture

At Easylawn we pride ourselves on creating a informal and close-knit atmosphere where our employees can work together as a team. We value hard work, passion and knowledge of the landscaping industry and a willingness to learn and apply skills wherever they are needed. Employees working in different aspects of the business will be based in different environments, with drivers spending most of their time in their company HGV and on the HIAB crane delivering goods. Office staff are based in our state of the art office that finished construction in 2024, complete with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic views over our fully developed builders yard where the yard staff spend most of their time.

All units of our operation work together within their own team and also in close collaboration with the other teams, with clear communication being essential to our business. As a family run business, any issues are dealt with directly by management who are in close contact with all employees, so that any potential problems can be dealt with swiftly and fairly by people you know.

At Easylawn we believe that good communication begins with good relationships, which is we organise regular social events and activities for all employees that take us to various places around the country, with group meals and accommodation being provided by the company. The most recent trip being a weekend away in Bishop Auckland for Kynren, the ‘epic tale of England’, live outdoor show. We also regularly hold informal drinks and meals at a smaller scales, which everyone is welcome to attend and many of the staff generally do.

We also offer many professional development schemes where our employees are given the opportunity to enrol in a variety of courses and qualifications which will boost their skills and CV. Our company has a workplace pension in place for all employees with the pension provider NEST, and all employees are entitled to 28 days fully paid holidays when they choose them.

Sustainability / environmental stewardship

We have always done what we can as a company to promote sustainable practices within the industry and to look after our environment, with our efforts really increasing in scope and depth in recent years. Wherever possible we source sustainable and responsible packing for all our goods, and we reduce our own waste by recycling the majority of our used materials. Another big aspect of our business is configuring the delivery schedule for our HGV’s, and this is always created to minimise fuel consumption so as to further reduce our emissions. Finally our new offices have been designed with eco-efficiency at the forefront of the design, so that less energy is used in the running of our headquarters.
