H+H are Partners in Wall Building

As a leading provider of aircrete, our products offer solutions and materials for wall building. We manufacture a range of Celcon Blocks and Vertical Wall Panels.

We are part of the solution to creating sustainable and carbon-neutral buildings and are partnering with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to lower the environmental impact of homes.

We manufacture aircrete, predominantly our range of Celcon Blocks, in three state-of-the art factories in Kent and Yorkshire. Our Borough Green factory is the most modern and efficient aircrete factory in Europe.

We also benefit from the support and experience of our colleagues across Europe, with manufacturing plants and sales offices owned and operated by H+H International, our parent company.

In 2024 we celebrate 75 years of Celcon Blocks being manufactured in the UK and are looking forward to continuing to serve our customer partners and the construction industry for another 75.

Sustainability / environmental stewardship

In the 75 years H+H Ltd has been established in the UK, our commitment to using recycled materials in the production process has established us as a manufacturer committed to sustainable initiatives and the production of product with recognisable eco-friendly credentials.

H+H International was the first manufacturer of aircrete to have science-based targets approved in line with the ambitious 1.5°C global scenario. We join our parent company in our commitment to achieve net-zero emissions in our operations and products by 2050.

As 80% of our Scope 3 emissions come from raw materials, we work very closely with our suppliers in an effort to support them, thereby supporting our own 2030 ambitions.

We are committed to delivering our future ESG targets, allowing H+H Aircrete to continue as the wall product of choice for customers, due to its structural, thermal and sustainable credentials.

Our UK Roadmap details our goal to reduce by 50% our emissions intensity for Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2030. We have already been successful in our reductions with Scopes 1 and 2 and we are committed to reducing Scope 3.

We are proud to be working closely with our suppliers who have robust plans in place to reduce their own emissions through innovative carbon reduction schemes.
