Apprenticeships
Early careers at Leviat offer young people the chance to begin their careers with a global leader in engineered construction solutions while gaining practical experience, technical skills, and professional qualifications. As part of a business with more than 60 locations worldwide and brands with over 150 years of industry expertise, apprentices join a company built on strong foundations and committed to shaping the future of safe, sustainable construction.
Apprentices work alongside experienced engineers, designers, and technical specialists, combining hands‑on learning with formal study to accelerate their development. Programme participants gain exposure to real-world projects, industry standards, building regulations, and best‑practice design methodologies. Many roles are rotational, giving apprentices the chance to experience multiple departments – such as Structural Connections, Masonry Technical Design, Project Design & Management, and Engineering – ensuring a well‑rounded understanding of the business.
Leviat actively encourages personal and career growth, offering mentorship, structured support, and long‑term development opportunities. Apprentices are viewed as future talent, with many choosing to stay on in part‑time or full‑time roles after completing their studies. Sustainability / environmental stewardship

We are working towards ambitious climate goals, including a 30% emissions reduction by 2030 and a long‑term target of Net Zero by 2050. Our products, such as thermal breaks, insulation systems and seismic reinforcement, are designed to improve building efficiency and reduce lifetime environmental impact, with performance recognised by BREEAM, LEED and Passivhaus standards. Leviat also provides independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and continues to improve manufacturing through renewable energy adoption, efficient material use and support for a circular economy.
