Sharples Davies Ltd is a second generation family business. With Recruitment Consultants having extensive experience working both in recruitment and also coming from senior roles within the construction sector.

For over 26 years Sharples Davies have recruited across the Building Materials / Products sector. We recruit for a variety of different companies ranging from market leading global manufacturers to smaller family businesses such as ourselves.

We are proud to have placed a significant number of people into Area Sales Manager roles who have gone onto to be promoted a number of times but equally proud to have a placed a number of people into Director level roles.

At Sharples Davies we try to have good “HAIR” days. These values are engrained in our team and these are values we appreciate from our candidates, clients and future employees.

Clients:- We never oversell a candidate and we will always provide feedback which we hope is positive but we aren’t afraid to say it as it is.
Candidates:- The roles we advertise are active and we will always disclose the details of the role.

Availability
Whilst are office hours are 9-5pm we have always a business happy to help and speak with clients and candidates out of hours even to ensure skype interviews with a client in New Zealand go to plan around 11pm.
