Wavin UK is a member of the Wavin Group – the world leader in plastic pipe systems for residential, non-residential and civil engineering projects. Systems offered, include market-leading Osma above and below ground drainage, Hep2O hot and cold plumbing and underfloor heating, Hepworth Clay drainage and Hepworth Terracotta heating, ventilation and roofing products, as well as a wide range of Wavin drainage and stormwater management solutions for all application areas. Wavin UK has four manufacturing sites and a fully accredited test facility. Wavin UK has grown and developed through acquisitions and organic growth, to become one of the largest drainage manufacturers in the world, with a fittingly cast-iron reputation for quality, technical knowledge and customer service. Hepworth’s drainage pedigree was forged in 1858 when Hepworth Iron Company Ltd was founded to mine iron and later produce sanitary pipes and fire bricks.

Pension & Life Assurance
You will be eligible to join the Wavin Pension Trust, a defined contribution pension plan. Each active member shall contribute a minimum of 3% of their salary, with the Company contributing 5%. If you choose to pay 4% or more, the Company will pay in 7% of your basic salary.

Discounted Gym Membership
If you are a member of the Wavin Pension Trust which incorporates Life Assurance provided by Aviva, you are entitled to up to 25% off participating gym memberships throughout the UK, including leading private health and fitness clubs, such as Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centres, Spirit and Curves.

Cycle to Work Scheme
We are delighted to be able to offer employees a bicycle through the Government’s Cycle to Work scheme, saving you up to 42% of the retail value. The scheme can be accessed through Faircare Benefit Select. You will pay for the bicycle in easy instalments, through payroll via a salary sacrifice over a 12 month period.
