Branch Manager – Hereford (Lead, Motivate, Inspire)

What You’ll Be Doing

As the go-to person at our high-turnover Hereford branch, you’ll lead a large, fantastic team and ensure the operation runs like clockwork. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role managing a complex site that includes:

• A dedicated Benchmarx kitchen crew.

• A full Tool Hire department.

• A heavy-duty fleet: 3 delivery trucks and 1 dedicated Tool Hire vehicle.

You’ll be right in the action, driving success by smashing sales targets, boosting profit, and ensuring the team delivers top-notch service with safety at the heart of everything.

• Leading a Big Team: Inspire, coach, and develop a large workforce to achieve ambitious targets.

• Operational Excellence: Manage a busy yard, a 4-vehicle fleet, and high-volume stock levels.

• Customer-First Approach: Build lasting relationships with Hereford’s trade and DIY customers.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain gold-standard health and safety in a high-traffic environment.

• Commercial Growth: Use financial data to steer a high-turnover business toward even greater profitability.
