The Role

Working as part of our Data Team, you’ll support the business by maintaining accurate pricing information, analysing data and helping to provide valuable commercial insight.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating pricing information across our systems.
• Analysing pricing, sales and margin data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Producing reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Supporting supplier price reviews and product pricing updates.
• Investigating pricing queries and resolving discrepancies.
• Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Procurement, Finance and Branch Operations.
• Helping improve pricing processes and data quality.

Requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys working with data and identifying trends.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Is confident using Microsoft Excel.
• Can communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience within pricing, commercial analysis, finance, data analysis or a similar analytical role would be advantageous, but we’re equally keen to hear from candidates with transferable analytical skills who are looking to develop their career.
