We are expanding our delivery team at our Thanet branch and are looking for a reliable and professional HGV Driver to join us.
The Role
As an HGV Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our trade and retail customers receive their orders safely and on time.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver goods and materials to customer locations safely and efficiently
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule
- Comply with all road traffic laws and regulations
- Carry out daily vehicle checks, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
- Assist with loading and unloading when required
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or similar role
- Strong driving skills and a clean driving record
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- A positive and professional attitude
Hours
Week 1
- Monday to Friday – 07:00 to17:00
Week 2
- Monday to Friday – 07:00 to17:00
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
