We work closely with roofing contractors, builders, and homeowners, providing expert advice and high-quality roofing products backed by exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our Tonbridge branch and help support our growing customer base.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Serving trade and retail customers in branch and over the phone
✅ Providing advice on roofing products, pricing, and stock availability
✅ Processing orders, quotations, payments, and returns
✅ Supporting customers with product selection and solutions
✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional trade counter
✅ Assisting with stock control and order fulfilment
✅ Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous experience in a builders’ merchant, trade counter, sales, or retail environment would be an advantage
✔ Interest in the roofing, building materials, or construction sector
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Good computer skills and confidence using sales systems
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to work well in a busy team environment
✔ Product training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a desire to develop your knowledge are important
Working Hours
Week 1 🕒 Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 16:30
Week 2 🕒 Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 16:30
🕒 Saturday | 07:00 – 11:00
