The Role
We are recruiting a Branch Manager to lead our Paignton branch, ensuring smooth daily operations while maximising sales and profitability.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team
- Drive sales growth and branch profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Management or supervisory experience in an electrical wholesaler or merchant environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales performance
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
