What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and trade counter team
• Drive revenue growth, margin and branch profitability
• Build strong relationships with trade customers and contractors
• Identify and win new business development opportunities
• Manage key customer accounts and grow spend
• Oversee stock, pricing, margins and branch performance
• Deliver excellent customer service in a trade / wholesale environment
• Ensure high operational, compliance and Health & Safety standards
• Create a positive, target-driven and customer-focused team culture

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in electrical wholesale, plumbing merchants, builders merchants or trade distribution
• Background as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor
• Proven success in sales growth, account management and customer development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness (sales, margin, costs and performance KPIs)
• Hands-on approach within a busy trade environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious, driven and customer-focused mindset

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
07:30 to 17:15

Alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00
