Internal Sales Person
High Wycombe | Grant & Stone Building Supplies
Full Time: Perm (Part of IBMG)

We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Person to join our team at Grant & Stone Building Supplies in High Wycombe.
What You’ll Do
- Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support the sales team in achieving branch targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide advice and recommendations.
- Assist with stock management and replenishment.
- Keep the sales area organised and presentable.
- Use computer-based sales systems (full training provided).
- Support wider branch operations, including stock control and yard duties when needed.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, customer-focused approach.
- Confidence handling telephone enquiries.
- Good basic computer skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Working Hours
Week 1
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:15pm
Week 2
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:15pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
