- Act as a first point of contact for general People queries
- Support absence tracking and ensure return-to-work processes are completed
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes (e.g. disciplinary and grievance documentation)
- Assist with training coordination and maintaining learning records
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
What We Offer
- Opportunity to complete a CIPD Level 3 apprenticeship (where appropriate)
- A supportive and collaborative People Team environment
- Exposure to a wide range of HR activities across the Group
- Career development opportunities within a growing business
Why Join Harlow?
You will be joining a business that values its people and is committed to building a professional, consistent, and forward-thinking People function. This role offers real exposure and the opportunity to develop your career in HR within a supportive environment.
