A Sales and Operations manager would oversee both revenue growth and day to day business operations, managing sales performance, processes, staff and efficiency to keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing quotations for customers
  • Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
  • Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice
  • Generate new business with existing and new customers.
  • Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, positive attitude
  • Previous sales experience in a builder’s or timber merchant environment is a necessity.
  • Confident dealing with customers
  • The ability to build great customer relationships.
  • A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Computer literate.
