Assistant Branch Manager – Thatcham
An exciting opportunity has opened within the business for an Assistant Branch Manager at our Thatcham Branch.
The role of Assistant Branch Manager will require skills set as below:
- Support the Branch Manager in day to day running of the branch.
- Desire to drive Sales forward.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills to always ensure that business operations function optimally
- Good customer service skills
- Solid IT and administrative skills.
- The ability to cope well under pressure and come up with innovative solutions when issues arise
- Great organisational skills and the ability to delegate in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Summary
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within the branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your core skills in management, leadership, and team management will be vital in guiding staff and driving sales performance. You will leverage your strong communication and organizational skills to enhance branch efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
Additionally, experience within heavy side merchanting and roofing merchant experience preferred. Your administrative tasks will support the overall success of the branch and its team.
