Job description
Red Gorilla is seeking a self-employed Sales Agent to cover the Construction & Builders Merchant Sector in Scotland.
Commission Only | Flexible Hours | Established Brand Portfolio
We’re expanding our field sales team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Self-Employed Sales Agent to represent Red Gorilla® across Scotland in the construction and builders merchant sector, focusing on B2B and promoting our products to retailers.

Our range enjoys strong customer loyalty, high repeat order rates and consistent demand from merchants and trade outlets.
Guaranteed Early Income Plus Ongoing Commission
Agents receive existing trading accounts and sales leads from day one, giving you a head start in your exclusive territory.
A 3-month initial payment is provided, ensuring immediate earnings. You’ll also receive 5% commission on all invoiced sales.
Professional Support
Professional marketing support is provided to all sales agent and the inhouse marketing team at Red Gorilla are on hand to support all agents. In addition to this the internal sales team are on hand to support all agents and regular training and meetings take place which can be attended either in person or remotely.

Requirements
We are looking for self-employed sales agents who:
- Have experience selling into trade, particularly building or DIY retail with existing brands in this sector
- Are comfortable managing their own territory, pipeline and diary
- Are motivated by results and want to build a profitable, long-term business
