About the Role
The Role
As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the branch. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll help lead the team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
This is a hands-on role combining leadership, sales, customer service, and operations.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Support customers at the trade counter & over the phone
- Help with loading and general branch duties
- Work with the Branch Manager to improve performance
- Supervise and motivate the team
- Support delivery of the branch sales plan
- Manage stock levels and replenishment
- Ensure safe and efficient daily operations (H&S)
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Provide cover for the Branch Manager
- Support the branch with other duties as required
