Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to join our Swindon branch.

Working alongside the Branch Manager, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, support the team, deliver excellent customer service and help drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch.
    • Serve customers on the trade counter and over the phone.
    • Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
    • Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
    • Support and motivate branch colleagues.
    • Assist with achieving branch sales and service targets.
    • Take responsibility for the branch in the Branch Manager’s absence.
    • Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance.
    • Help identify new sales opportunities and develop customer accounts.
    • Ensure customers receive excellent service at all times.
