💼 The Role
We’re looking for an Internal Sales Assistant to support our Eastbourne branch. You’ll handle customer enquiries, process sales, and help drive business growth through excellent service.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Support sales targets and team performance
- Provide product advice and recommendations
- Maintain stock levels and tidy sales areas
- Build strong customer relationships
- Use sales systems (training provided)
- Support wider branch operations as needed
✅ Requirements
- Customer-facing or sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable using computers and phone systems
- Knowledge of plumbing or building materials (desirable)
