Sustainability Manager

What’s involved in the role?

Responsible for the business Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Agenda.
Tracking, compiling and reporting sustainability data
Sustainability baselining, forecasting, monitoring and reporting at a project and organisational level.
Implementing and monitoring new procedures and initiatives within the business to improve sustainability performance.
Generating case studies which clearly analyse the effectiveness of implemented measures.

Salary

£36-£65k

Personal skills

You’ll have good analytical skills. ESG professionals need to be able to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to ESG performance and risks. Great communication skills, with good financial acumen. Have excellent project management skills, show ability to adapt.

Entry requirements

Relevant qualifications and experience. For instance, a bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental engineering, science, management, or a related field is essential.
