Requirements

Our Tool Hire team are involved in the supply and maintenance of a wide variety of plant, machinery and tools to help our customers build.  From diggers and dumpers through to drills and small hand tools, our Tool Hire team are responsible for hiring out these products and servicing and maintaining them when they are returned. As part of your training, you will complete the Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship and will learn how to provide excellent service to our customers as well as growing your knowledge of the plant, machinery and products we offer. Throughout your apprenticeship, we will provide training, support and development to ensure you get the best possible start to your career.

What we’re looking for

You will have good verbal and written communication skills.  As the role involves servicing and maintaining plant and machinery, an interest in mechanical products along with a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Self-motivated and confident with a positive attitude towards providing great customer service, you must also be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
