We now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Procurement Apprentice to join our Category team. This role is a great opportunity to start your career with us and have a structured, supported development programme to help you grow and progress in this industry.

As part of our Category Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to manage our Plumbing & Heating and Kitchen & Bathroom product ranges. To do this, you will learn how to:

• Support the Category Manager with product selection, pricing and supplier negotiations.
• Work closely with suppliers and branches to ensure our customers have the right products at the right price.
• Help deliver promotional campaigns and support new product launches.
• Analyse market trends and sales data to help shape our product strategy.
• Develop leadership and management skills to progress into a future management role.

Qualifications

• 2 ‘A’ Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above)
• GCSE Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
• GCSE English (Grade C/4 or above)
