The Role

We are looking for a Counter Sales Assistant to join our team in our Hastings Branch Parkers Hastings. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and sales in a trade counter environment.

Requirements

The Requirements

• Good building product knowledge gained within the building industry or builders’ merchant experience (Preferred).
• Good Customer Service.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with different types of customer.
• Comfortable operating a computer based sales processing system (full training will be given).
• Good telephone manner.
• Friendly, articulate, customer focused.
• The successful candidate must be proactive in their approach towards sales and a good communicator.

The Hours

• Week:1 Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00 
• Week:2 Monday to Friday 07:00 – 17:00 Saturday 08:00 -12:00
