About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Showroom Sales Assistant to join our bathroom showroom in Wells.

You’ll help customers bring their bathroom projects to life by providing expert advice, creating quotations, and guiding them from enquiry through to sale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

✔ Welcome customers and provide product advice

✔ Create and present bathroom quotations

✔ Manage enquiries from start to finish

✔ Process orders accurately and efficiently

✔ Conduct showroom and occasional on-site appointments

✔ Drive sales through recommendations and upselling

✔ Deliver outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience within the bathroom sector

✔ Full UK Driving Licence

✔ Strong IT skills

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Organised with good attention to detail

✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Good understanding of Health & Safety practices

Hours

🕒 Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm

🕒 Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm
