Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisations & Operations colleague to join our team covering our Partnering contracts nationally. The role is offering a competitive salary and range of fantastic benefits.
Regular travel will be required for this role.

About the role
As a Mobilisation and Projects Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful commencement and conclusion of our contracts.
You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the mobilisation of new contracts, providing support to existing contracts requiring service changes, and assisting with various related tasks.
Your attention to detail and commitment to efficient processes will be key in contributing to our company's success.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate the mobilisation process for new contract awards.
- Assist in the setup of ‘popup’ stores and conduct popup stock audits when required.
- Arrange and complete customer Van Stock audits.
- Provide operational support to Dedicated customer stores as needed.
- Pick and pack stocks lists for new contracts.
- Implementation of improvements required through the life of a contract.
- Assist in the picking and re-distribution of aged stock throughout the branch network.
- Work closely with the existing mobilisation team and Account Managers to ensure smooth contract transitions and compliance with company standards.
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the Builders Merchants sector is a plus, but not imperative.
