As an Internal Audit Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the business to deliver a complex, risk-based audit plan. This dynamic role will involve evolving the audit methodology and aligning assurance activities across the business, ensuring the audit function remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Lead and execute high-calibre internal audit assurance and operational reviews from planning through to reporting, ensuring timely and efficient delivery monthly. Audit Plan Development: Support the ongoing development of a risk-based audit plan and approach. Methodology Development: Enhance the internal audit methodology to align with the operational framework.

Stock & Process Assistant

You will be responsible for ordering stock for the branch and for reviewing branch stock holding; making sure that stock levels are accurate and counted regularly via perpetual inventory counts. Through regular daily walk-rounds, you will identify stock gaps/low stock lines and carry out gap reporting as well as updating the min and max stock levels. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring all stock is correctly receipted and processed and for liaising with suppliers in the event of delivery discrepancies or product issues.

Purchase Ledger

As a Purchase Ledger Controller will be expected to ensure that purchase ledger invoices are coded and processed with the correct narrative. Ensure sSupplier account queries are dealt with to a consistently high standard, and that the purchase ledger payment runs are in line with supplier terms and enable full take-up of settlement discounts available.
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger. As well as weekly and monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and accounts, you will also assist in the preparation of purchase summaries and post nominal ledger journal vouchers, issue manual purchase orders and ensure that all purchase ledger invoices & batch prints are filed.

Stock & Process Manager

As Stock and Operational Process Manager you will be part of the management team and have responsibility for helping to meet key performance indicators around branch stock levels, sales, margin and safety targets.

Accounts Assistant

Match purchase invoices with goods-in documentation and purchase orders.
Post approved invoices and expenses to purchase ledger. Prepare and post month-end accruals.
Resolve problems arising from the above activity or refer them to the appropriate person.
Prepare and process weekly payment runs

Credit Manager

Responsible for managing the team conducting collections and overall financial maintenance of accounts. Working to resolve financial queries and disputes, agreeing payment plans, organising customer credit notes where non payment is due to issues with orders supplied, organising solicitors letters when non payment arises, filing credit insurance claims when insolvency occurs

Production Operative

Carrying out general duties, including machine operating, quality inspection, hand assembly, completing duties for despatch and inventory as designated by a supervisor. Work in a safe way and ensure high standards of quality are maintained.

Company Secretary

Although not strictly required to provide legal advice, a company secretary will need to have a thorough understanding of the laws that affect the areas of work involved in the company they work for.

Machinist/ CNC Operator

You would be expected to ensure that product is machined as accurately as possible and with minimum waste as directed. Planning out your jobs whilst following detailed technical drawings.
Selecting materials from stock to supply orders, accurately to cover specific requirements when needed and ensuring that an accurate production job sheet is completed for every order. You will also ensure that the efficiency and cleanliness of the production facilities are maintained.
Reporting possible dangers and any faults on machinery immediately to the Production Manager. Maintain the safe movement of timber around the site. Ensure Health & Safety policy is fully observed and is of the up most priority.
