What will you be doing?

What you can expect is to gain exposure across a number of areas within your branch, allowing you to see where your strengths and interests lie and the direction you would like to develop your career in. 
Your role responsibilities will require you to:
  • Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering possible solutions and relatable products
  • Be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first-name basis
  • Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase

You’ll be driving our trucks, moving plasterboard and insulation from our branches to customers, using a MOFFETT forklift to load and unload safely and efficiently. Don’t worry if you don’t have a MOFFETT license – we’ll train you! It’s a multi-drop role, so you’ll be back to the branch at least once to reload before hitting the road again.
