Key Responsibilities

✅ Support the Branch Manager with daily branch operations

✅ Supervise and motivate branch colleagues

✅ Serve customers on the trade counter and by telephone

✅ Help grow sales and improve branch performance

✅ Manage stock levels and place orders

✅ Ensure a safe and efficient working environment

✅ Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service

✅ Provide Branch Manager cover when required

✅ Assist with loading materials when needed
