Our branch in Bridgwater is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team, drive sales, maximize margins and profitability, control costs and identify new opportunities.

This is a core business role, operating at the heart of the branch; working alongside the General Manager you will guarantee that we always operate in a safe environment and that our customers receive outstanding levels of service. You will be required to deliver against a wide range of customer demands whilst at the same time driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring you have an engaged team that can help you lead the way.

Requirements

As a leader with a strong commercially focused background and the ability to build great customer relationships, you must be a confident decision maker who can communicate effectively at all levels. You will also be able to interpret and analyse financial and statistical information and data and ensure that a culture of safety is maintained across the branch and your team.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role including extensive knowledge of our product range and our suppliers.
