What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full responsibility for day-to-day branch operations
- Lead, motivate and develop your team
- Drive sales, margin and profitability
- Deliver outstanding service to trade & retail customers
- Ensure strong health & safety and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a builders’ merchant leadership role
- A hands-on leader who inspires and motivates
- Strong commercial awareness
- A passion for customer service and results
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 7:00-16:30
- Alternate Saturdays: 8am–12:00
